Mesmer Builds, any and all
There is such a lack of creativity in GuildWars when it comes to builds lately that we need to inspire everyone to come up with some, and to use less thought about builds in a more effective manner. The goal of this thread is to make sure this happens as best possible.
This thread isn't about bashing someone else, encourage them and give them suggestions on their build.
So, being the first here let me post to you..
- Avarre's Migraine -
Template Code: OQBDAYoDL1wHM4OARkBjuAA
Yes, as in the our (the) Avarre of these forums. Some time ago he gave me to me (rather created) a build using Migraine. So, seeing it to deem fit, I labeled it Avarre's Migraine. I have had good success over all with this build and do encourage you to use it or something very close to it! These days I would certainly remove the Resurrection Signet and replace it with something that helps you in whatever part of Tyria you are venturing.

My three most-commonly used PvE builds;
OQZDAqwJSNAIDwCcADBaAYc2gA
OQdUAQBPOPSLQ2gZAcADBaACA7IA
OQhkAgC8QGW0TQGTGAHwQgGQylNI
I have a lot more variations I use depending on what I feel like doing, but those are the basic templates I start from typically. They're for general (HM) PvE, not specific elite areas.
In all the builds, Cry of Pain can be substituted for Cry of Frustration. The resurrect skills can also be changed. Protip: Death Pact owns.

I usually use this:
[skill]Mantra of Recovery[/skill][skill]Empathy[/skill][skill]Backfire[/skill][skill]Cry of Pain[/skill][skill]Mistrust[/skill][skill]Wastrel's Worry[/skill][skill]Drain Enchantment[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
This build can be changed around in different ways, such as taking out WW for another Hex, or Drain for another Energy management skill, or even the Res Sig for Res Chant. For a more damage induced bulid, i take E-Surge, and sometimes HEV is an awesome skill in hex heavy areas.
Pick Me, i was just gonna suggest for your build to take a different skill besides Ether Signet, its not always effective, and has a long recharge. You might want to take Drain or Inspired if you expect to encounter foes with enchants or hexes. Even Power Drain is a good skill, providing an interrupt and massive amounts of energy.
